K & A Properties is owned and operated by the brother-in- law team of Michael Amrhine and Brian Kendrick. Having lived and worked in Baltimore, Harford, and Prince George's Counties, as well as Baltimore City and many areas in between, we have an extensive knowledge of the communities throughout Maryland. K & A currently resides with local and independent broker Phoenix Real Estate.
Brian's background is in sales and management. As general manager for one of the state's most storied and prestigious awning companies for over 10 years, he brings an accomplished record of quality production and customer satisfaction.
Michael is moving on from the world of education. As a Baltimore County teacher for 13 years he truly knows the value of accurate information and clear presentation.
